
Our prices vary depending upon type of event (plated, buffet, etc), how many guests attending, menu, and size of staff that will be required. Billing will always be discussed in detail before the event so there will never be any surprises.
We prefer a couple of weeks notice, if possible. However, we understand that life throws curve balls and things can happen quickly. If you're in a pinch, call us. We will always do everything we can to accommodate you. If we are unable to assist you, we do know other chefs that we would recommend.
This depends on the type of event. If the event is buffet-style or a cocktail & canape party, we can accommodate up to 60-70guests. If you are having a seated multiple -course plated dinner, we can accommodate up to 24 guests.
This is left to the discretion of the host. Typically, the host provides plates, flatware, linens, etc. However, we do own plates and flatware for about 26 guests. We can also rent or purchase whatever is needed... tables, chairs, linens, runners, outdoor heaters, tents, etc.
Absolutely! We are happy to write a separate kids menu or make adjustments to the adult menu, whichever you prefer.
We take dietary restrictions seriously. Chef Justin is quite talented in creating vegan and dairy-free options. We can also provide gluten-free options. However, if there is a gluten allergy we must have advanced notice to avoid any type of cross-contamination. If you have questions, please ask.
No, not at all. Chef Justin is very comfortable and skilled in comfort-style foods and can design the menu to fit the food and vibe you're looking for.
